What we collect
When orders are open, checkout collects your name, email, delivery and billing address, and phone number. We receive order details and payment status from Stripe so we can prepare your order, issue records, handle support and manage refunds. Card and bank details are handled by Stripe; they are not stored in AWAIT’s order database.
How information is used
Order information is used to process payments, prepare packages, buy shipping labels, provide customer support and keep required business records. Delivery details are sent to Shippo and the selected carrier when a label is requested. The site and order records are hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Service providers may process information outside Canada under their own privacy policies.
Browser storage and security
Your bag is stored temporarily in your browser tab using session storage. This site does not add advertising pixels or marketing analytics. Hosting and sign-in services may use essential cookies. The owner studio requires ChatGPT sign-in and owner authorization. Short-lived, hashed network identifiers help limit repeated requests.
Retention and your choices
We retain order records as needed to complete orders, resolve disputes and meet legal recordkeeping obligations. You can contact us to ask about access, corrections or deletion, subject to those obligations. Completing an order does not sign you up for marketing messages.
